Returns & Refunds

Because each LuckDay piece is handmade and often made to order, all sales are generally final.

We do not usually accept returns or exchanges unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at luckday-cctop@outlook.com if there is a problem with your order, and include your order number and clear photos.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, shape, or other handmade details are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Most pieces require around 7 days of production before shipping.

Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer rights. Where required by law, those rights will apply.
