Products and Handmade Variation

LuckDay offers handmade jewelry and wearable pieces. Because many items are handmade or made to order, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or detail may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display our products and colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

Production and Shipping

Most pieces are handmade to order and usually require around 7 days of production before shipping. Shipping time is separate from production time and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Certain products may be available only in limited quantities.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Because each LuckDay piece is handmade and often made to order, all sales are generally final.

Cancellations

Because many pieces are handmade to order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and other information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information on this site is always complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
